Samuels Jewelers Traditions

Our 100-year diamond tradition began in San Francisco, where Albert Samuels first opened his doors in 1891. The three-story building on Market Street housed 40 jewelers who designed and skillfully created fine jewelry to exacting standards. The entire first floor showcased the results of their master craftsmanship.

Samuels Jewelers soon developed a reputation as one of San Francisco's finest jewelers. To this day, the Samuels' Market Street Clock, which was donated to and has since been recognized by the city as an historic landmark, stands in recognition of Albert Samuels' impact in the community as a successful and respected businessman.
