To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Here's the equation we use:

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total

Delivery Time

For example, many items on our site show 1 to 2 day availability. If you select Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 to 2 days (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 4 to 9 days after you place your order.

Important Shipping Facts

Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order - it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our facilities. For Example, an item specified as 1 to 2 days availability and upgraded to Next Day Air will usually leave our facilities on the 1st or 2nd business day after you place your order and reach you on the 2nd or 3rd business day after you place your order.

Ordering Items With Different Availabilities

If you order one item specified as 1 to 2 days availability and another item specified as 6 to 7 days availability each item will be shipped as it becomes available. However, your shipping charges will not increase. SamuelsJewelers.com will absorb the Difference.
