Samuels Classic Car Show Benefits Jewelers For Children

AUGUST 2, 2005-  Samuels Jewelers, hosted the third annual Summer Sizzle Show and Shine Car Show, benefiting the Jewelers for Children Fund, on Saturday July 31, 2005 at the Stone Mountain Events Center in Dripping Springs, TX.

This event raised over $14,000, all being donated to the Make a Wish Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. This year’s show was a huge success with a turnout of 132 participants and over 400 attendees.

Lou Menendez and Dan Ramirez spearheaded the classic car show with the Samuels staff. “This was by far the best event we’ve had to date,” said Dan Ramirez, Director of Loss Prevention. “The outcome was beyond our expectations and everyone had a great time. It demonstrated real teamwork as everyone pitched in to help.”
