Orders must be placed and have credit authorization cleared before 10am CST to be processed the same day, or your order may not be processed until the following business day. If the product is available and in stock, most packages will leave our distribution center in 1‐2 business days. Rings that require sizing may need an additional business day for processing. Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order - it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our facilities. We do try to ship most orders that come in before 10am CST the same day, but depending on availability the order may be delayed. We take several security precautions to ensure your package arrives safely. Our packages are marked with the company's initials, not our name, and signature is required on deliveries over $150. Also, orders over $1000 must be shipped to the billing address entered. These policies have been implemented to provide a safe and reliable online shopping experience.
